Depending on the network, member companies can create 8-10 user accounts without any additional charge. All of these users can access the full infrastructure, including the Chat System.
In addition to other tangible benefits and advantages in the freight networking and logistics partnering, the fully activated Chat System allows users to chat with other members as well as within their own company. The Chat System is arguably the most important tool for smooth communication and cooperation. Members will be able to directly and instantly reach the right contacts in their overseas agents. This will enhance customer satisfaction (for exporters and importers), minimize operational mishaps, and provide a competitive advantage in many aspects, such as rapid pricing, timely updates, and preventing issues from being overlooked due to "unseen emails."
For years, INO Networks Group has successfully managed exclusive WhatsApp groups for its members, known as the 3F Chat Zone, Freight Midpoint Chat Zone, and OPCA Chat Zone. These chat zones have been used 50% for fun and 50% for urgent business issues and will continue to be used for some time. However, to involve other functional departments of member companies in daily operations and cooperation, shift communication to a more official platform, and achieve the aforementioned goals, the need for a unified Chat System was recognized.
