We welcome like-minded freight forwarding and logistics companies that are proactive in business development and ready to contribute to the success of fellow members.

Membership Criteria
To be considered for membership assessment, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant must have a visible and active website.
- The applicant must be willing to collaborate and develop business with fellow members.
- The applicant must not be blacklisted by any recognized debt recovery agency or industry warning platform.
Membership Requirements
To complete the membership assessment, the applicant must:
• Provide a valid certificate of incorporation, business license, and/or other relevant documents demonstrating the company's legal existence.
• Up to three overseas references from freight forwarding or logistics partners may be requested during the membership assessment.
Membership Obligations
To maintain membership, members are expected to meet the following obligations:
• Members must attend the annual conference at least once every two years.
• All invoices between members must be paid within the agreed payment terms.
• Membership and other applicable fees must be paid in full and on time.
• Members are expected to transfer at least 30% of their applicable overseas business to fellow network members.
Membership Levels and Applicable Fees
Applicants may apply directly for either Regular Level or Premium Level membership, subject to membership assessment and approval.
Regular Level Membership (Excluding Protection)
Membership Fee (HQ or 1st Office): usd 375/year
Membership Fee (Per Branch Office): usd 150/year
Premium Level Membership (Including Protection)
Membership Fee (HQ or 1st Office): usd 750/year
Membership Fee (Per Branch Office): usd 400/year
Remarks
*A branch office is defined as an office located in the same country as the headquarters, operating under the same company name.
